Hi there

Im a proud new owner off an American Special FSR honetburst stratocaster. Does anyone know how many FSR models Fender come out with every year??

This is the one: http://www.thomann.de/se/prod_bdb_AR_29 ... ml?image=0

I would like to register my strat and my jazzbas online. Is that possible or do I have to send the registration form to Fender Usa?? I live in europe (Sweden).

Hi and welcome to the forum.

We have a cheeky rule on the forum "if you don't post pic it didn't happen" :D so lets see some photos of your new guitar. (upload the photos to a hosting site flickr, photobucket etc and then post the code into a new forum post using the img commands)

Fender releases different FSRs throughout the year all from different countries, there have been several in 2012. I doubt there is a specific number they aim to release just as and when the feel like.

When you log into your account on the fender website you should be able to register your product go to your dashboard and select register my gear. If its a current model listed on the site then when you have entered all the info there should be a pic of the guitar from the fender website.

There's also an HSS version of the same guitar featuring black pickup covers & plastic parts, as well as a rosewood fingerboard. The model in question has two Texas Special single coils in the neck & middle and a DH-1 humbucker in the bridge.

Sadly that doesnt work because my guitar is not on the list. I might have to register by snailmail after all. Thats a bit strange consider this "digital" era ;)

or try emailing customerrelations@fender.com about registering or having the model added to the list.
