Hi,
I have two strats right now. a "95 MIM standard strat, and a 2010 American Deluxe strat. I've been playing so many years on my MIM, that I find the string spacing on the American bridge not as comfortable, as my Mexican one, which I love. I'm wondering if any of you know the exact dimensions and string spacing for the trem bridge on my '95 Mexican Standard. I would like to get another strat, or put one together in the future, and get that same bridge with the exact specs.
Thanks!

Do you know how to use a ruler?

Step 1: Pick up ruler.

Step 2: place ruler on bridge saddles.

Step 3: Read distance from center of low E to center of high E.

Step 4: Put ruler away.

Your sarcasm is noted. I'd appreciate anyone with real knowledge on the subject.
Thanks!

No sarcasm intended. In the amount of time you have wasted posting this question and waiting for an answer, you could have measured the string spacing of several guitars.

I believe your looking at 1/16th of an inch difference. Bluesky is correct BTW.

Thank you. Not every studio has a measuring tape, or ruler where I sent this initial request from.
