Is it a '70s Strat body, or a Strat body made in the 1970s? There should be some sort of Serial number stamped on it. If it is a late '70s body the contours will be very shallow and almost un-Stratlike. The tummy cut will be smaller and there will be more wood on the upper horn. The contour where your arm goes will be shallow. I've owned a '77 and a '79 Strats and this is how they were made. By the way no every Strat from the time looks like what I describe, but many, many do.

Here's a website that should help if it's an actual Strat body from the '70s.

The markings you show in the photos don't help any. Sorry...

Post photos that should more of the body. Here's what help:
the back
the top
the top body contour (where you arm rests on the top of the body).

The photos helped, I'm seeing anything that tells me an actual date. It looks ligit if that's concern. The body contours are correct for that period.
