I am currently in the stage of swapping the hardware on my white mim strat to gold hardware, i am currently looking at buying some standard american tuners but i dont know if they will fit. Does anyone know if these tuners will be a straight swap or if i would need to drill any hole?
thanks

Normally if you change tuners for UStuners they will fit especially if you choose reknowned brands,at this occasion visit the site www.stewmac.com (i'm not paid to make pub )but they have a large choice of tuners for all sorts of guitar, the headstock is normally drilled at 10mm diameter,so you would'nt have problems to remount rhe new ones(to check all the same). So long.
