I got a question about the new or old rolled saddles that used to accompany the vintage 6 screw syncronized trem. Now i have an american standard with the saddle screws being offset. And the question is are those saddles that accompany the new 08's are those offset screw like my am standard that has the 2 point trem. Or are they centered screw like the vintage. And is there any difference in the dimensions of the radius. :?:
And last but not least will Fender be offering those saddles/trem bloc in the future for a replacement trem. Thanks alot,
kemster

Hello Pkkemster,

The 08 has the intonation screw in
the center of the saddle. I do not
know about radius changes or
fender parts availability.
Calaham Guitars offers a set of saddles
check em out at http://Callahamguitars.com
Hope this helps.

Cheers.
