Post subject: vintage bridge size question

i have a MIM 2006 60th anniversary strat (proper one in Blizzard Pearl), i quite fancy a bridge cover but they only seem to fit vintage size bridges ...so the Q' is will it fit mine???

They only fit the vintage size trems.
The MIM Deluxe Players Strat have them, but I don't thinks yours does.

Interesting...they're called 'ash-tray' covers in that for better part of a half-century or more, players found little use for them on their Stratocasters and wound up using 'em for ash trays. As far back as my 'teens, with my '58, I never felt comfortable with that cover in place.

so am i right in saying a usa hardtail bridge is the same size as a vintage trem bridge... :)
