Anyone know if the new American Standard HSS has the no load pots?

The new SSS does:
http://www.fender.com/products/americanstandard/american-standard-stratocaster

But I don't see it on the specs for the HSS:

They should both have the same type of tone control, right?

Not necessarily. The old USA Lone Star Strat was a derivative of the American Standard but it did not feature a no-load tone control.

I believe the No-Load, as it is a 250k pot, is not on any Fender Humbucker as it requires a 500k pot to sound good. To my limited knowledge Fender does not sell a 500k No-Load pot.

I could be wrong, but I think that even HSS Strats come with 250K pots.

Same case for the American Fat Strat Texas Specials, which replaced the USA Lonestar in 2001.

That would explain why there's not a no-load pot.

If it does have 250K pots, there might be a mod in my future, sometime after the coming, hallowed NGD!

They are in fact 250K pots. I don't think that this had a negative impact on the tone of the humbucker at all. And and remember too that the middle and bridge pickups share the same tone control. Also; the coils of the humbucker are split in position 4 to give something that resembles a traditional Strat sound.
