I play my Strat through a Roland Cube amp. The amp has one input. What's the best way to get another input for Extra inputa mic?

+1

Preferably a mixer with both hi-Z and low-Z inputs for each of the channels.

Now that we have answered the OP's specific question, should we tell him that any vocal is going to sound like $hit through that amp if any effects are turned on? Nah. He'll figure it out pretty quick.

Hi dex: what the guys are hinting at is, this is why PAs were invented. Well, part of the reason.

There are a few amps that are designed to take a mic as well as a guitar. But if it doesn't have a mic input then it means it's not a good way to go with that unit. Then you need a PA for vocals: some very small and affordable ones are available.

Don't worry: it's a bit of a learning curve but you'll soon be on top of this stuff. :D

Good luck - C
