Hi Guys,

Just wondered what string brand and what gauge everyone prefers/uses on thier Strats...i like/use 10-46 Fender Super Bullets...

I just started using the Ernie Ball Cobalts, in the 10's. I really like them, I really like the sound you get out of them. Give them a try!

Same here. Bright and crisp sounding. I changed from 10s to 9s when I got a Clapton Strat though.

Ernie Ball Slinkys 10-46, but I discard the solid .017 and use a wound .018 string instead... It helps eliminate the "warble" I get during certain open chords when using a .017 string. And the wound .018 is easier to bend (and install).

Yeah, I just started using the Cobalt 9s and I love 'em. The clarity of each string is unique and sweet. Try 'em out.
