Strings: Fender® USA Super Bullets® 3250L, NPS, (.009-.042 Gauges)

I recently changed my strings for the first time on my strat - whatever was on the guitar when I bought it were a larger gauge. I used the strings recommended on the specification sheet of the guitar, now I am noticing a lot of string buzz coming from the roller nut.

The guitar is still under it's year warranty but I am wondering what I could do to solve this issue myself. Any suggestions? Thanks!

From my recollection (it's been a while since I've had anything with an LSR) there are little rubber pads which damp the string vibrations on the headstock side which do have a habit of moving (or disappearing entirely) when disturbed. Worth a check, at least.

Yes, as mentioned, either the small rubber retainers for the ball bearings came out, or a few ball bearings are missing, or it needs to be shimmed up a little.... My guesses....
