Hi guys!
I have the 2-pivot modern tremolo on my Deluxe stratocaster (2007). I pushed the arm in tremolo block (no problems).
But I have no idea how to remove it back from tremolo...

Need help)

"righty tighty, lefty loosey. "

The eyeroll is pretty rude considering that Deluxes have pop-in arms, not screw-in arms. You can spin the arm a billion times in either direction and it won't get tighter or looser. (Well, it might get sloppy loose from wear, but it won't unscrew.)

The arm should just pull out. You may have to pull really hard the first few times.

If you push down on the arm and look into the gap between the rear bottom of the bridgeplate and the top of the body, you'll see an allen screw on the side of the block. That adjusts the pressure of the ball-bearing that locks into the arm's groove. The adjustment is supposed to alter how easy it is to swing the arm, but loosening it may make the arm easier to pull out. (Having never owned or worked on a Deluxe, I'm not sure if loosening the screw will make the arm easier to remove, but if the arm won't come out when you pull firmly and you're afraid to pull harder, it can't hurt to loosen the screw a couple of turns and see if the arm comes out easier.)

Thanks strayedstrater!

I tried to remove it that way, but nothing...
I'll try again to do it again with a little bit more strength

Make sure to pull as close to the arm shaft as possible, otherwise you might bend or break the arm.

Yes, Deluxes have pop in arms.

place index finger and middle finger between arm and pickguard, next to the shaft which goes in the hole. Use your knuckels as lever. That should slide the shaft out a bit. If you just pull like hell, it might very suddenly come off and you might either hurt yourself or damage something.

The arm in my Deluxe (and another trem, a floyd rose on my JEM) were sitting very, very tight at first as well. I did it this way and it worked.

I appreciate that this reply is some 4 years late, but if it helps anyone else...

I just got an Elite Strat, which I think is much the same as a Deluxe, and I had a nightmare removing the trem. Loosening the allen screw as described in other replies probably helped me a bit but I found the thing that made the most difference was pressing the bridge flat against the guitar body with one hand and removing the trem with the other... seemed a lot easier like that.
