1. What is the wrench size of the String Height Adjustment of the Squier Strat?
2. Why is this information not on the website, let alone included with the guitar?

Is it an Allen Key adjustment ? If so, I guess that, since most Allen Keys are sold in sets, you would normally have one in the set that would fit the grub screw, so it's fairly easy to find the one that's needed.

I have a set of both Metric and Imperial Allen Keys, each only cost a few £/$/€ depending on what you're spending. They should be readily available anywhere.

Yeah, I do as well. Never really checked my Squier bass. Made in Asia, there is no telling what size those are.

I was trying to adjust the saddles on a Squier Strat last July and I had my pretty extensive kit of both SAE and metric allen wrenches with me and I was still unable to find one that fit properly. I ended up using a 1/16" wrench. It was a little sloppy but it worked. I have no idea what size they really are.

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.

Well, the Asians use metric but depending on the country, it can be a pretty sloppy metric. Like I said, I need to check my 60's vibe Jazz Bass now and see what size it is. The rest of the build quality is pretty good so I'm hoping the screws will be closer to standard. :?

Ought to be easy for you to find your set and tell me which is the right one.

1. A metric 1,5 mm allen wrench. (sidenote: the 1/16" key is almost 1,6 mm = not recommended though it may work)
2. No idea. Need to know -principle ..?
