Also you can contact fender customer relations (email or phone) and send pictures and the serial number to see if it's matching the description of the guitar

FWIW, it appears to be a legit first generation Highway1 Strat. If it does turn out to be a fake (which I doubt), then they did an excellent job.

Agree - It's either an ordinary run of the mill 2005 honey blonde (i think that was the name) Highway 1 or a fantastic fake

You need to show the whole guitar.

what you have there is one of the awesome early highway ones in honey blonde
nothing on it appears to be fake, I think the end of 05-06 was the transition period to the 70's headstock. not positive though. if you don't want it I will take it
