Anyone tried a ZT Lunchbox with this combo?

I am still looking for amps and have come to the conclusion that I need a damn good bedroom amp. Something that sounds really good at low volumes.

I have a 10 wat Peavey - it's alright and a 3 Watt Orange Mini - it's mostly just used as a tuner...

...but I need something that just, well, sounds way better than these two at low volumes.

The ZT Lunchbox is reportedly LOUD for it's size - has one of the best clean tones and requires pedals for effects as the "ambience" is no reverb and the gain is really kinda weak on it's own.

So I wonder how it works for bedroom play, i mean it certainly has the size part down of being a bedroom rocker...but if it's meant to be loud doe sit suck at low volumes? I need to try one but I need to find one in town first.

What do you guys think?

I have also read the 1 watt blackstar is a great bedroom rocker.... any thoughts?

Eventually I'll have a Les Paul or a Giffin Custom(his shop is down the street from me! ) something with dual Humbuckers - so I am hoping whatever bedroom rocker I get will sound good with any of those guitars as well as my strat.

I would LOVE a Marshall Stack - who wouldn't.... but the truth is I don't gig and I am just your average 33 year old male who has a wife who is sick of his guitar playing(apparently she said she would be sick of Jimi Hendrix too, so it's not my playing but the fact it's a loud $@! electric guitar).

Price isn't an issue - I am willing to spend upwards of $2000 on a bedroom rocker as this is going to be the amp i will be playing out of constantly - an dam not too much into collecting amps as I am guitars.
If I ever gig, I will purchase something for that, hell i can even rent equipment on the slim chance i will ever have a gig. Most likely i'll rock a blues joint one day for the experience.

Pretty sure the Lunchbox amps handle humbuckers pretty well - Billy Gibbons has been seen a few times running through them, although he does seem to run up to six of them at once.

I played through one a while ago, and it nearly came home with me. Seemed to sound just as good quiet as it did loud - and it got far louder than anything with a speaker that size has any right to do, could certainly do smaller gigs with it without even a mic in sight.

There's something absurdly tempting about replacing my heavy and bulky gig rig with something the size of, well... a lunchbox.
