I want to know your opinion about this guitar because I want to buy it
and want to know if it's worth buying it?
I really love this guitar but I want to make sure if it's a good guitar.
Thanks

These guitars often tip the scale a little heavier than the '50s and '60s Classic Series instruments due to the ash body. Overall they're nice guitars with the level of fit and finish as one would expect from a premium Fender Strat. In many respects they're better guitars than the originals that they're based on. If there's any shortcoming at all, it's only the limited color selection. I'm sure you'll enjoy yours.

Pickups are good if you like the classic Strat sound. Maybe they sound a bit rougher but they are low output. Guitars are great, no question. Some can be heavy.

Cheers,
Robin

I have a classic 50's, and a CP 60's. The builds and quality are very good, I would think the build quality for the 70's series would also be very good. If you like the feel, you can always replace pickups, I think for the money, the classic series/players are fine instruments indeed!

I have an ash Strat - weighs in at 8lbs 13oz. No light weight by any means, but sounds great.

I never did care for the large headstock at all. I know jimmy played one but I like the small headstock always will.

In these guitars the pick ups are more often bad  because of the amp they are played thru.
I was at GC the other day and I was listening to John Booth playing a Candy Apple Squier Strat thru a Deville....Sounded great, so it's more often not the pups fault.
As far as changing the tone/sound of the pups, a bit of rewiring and pots and caps change will get you sounds you didn't know existed, all for well under $60....

+1...but that clear finish on the ash always looks fantastic especially with the maple neck...classic look! Build quality is as good as the MIA on the MIM Classics Series IMHO.

I have a '50s Classic Strat and the pickups sound just fine. I imagine the '70s Classic would have similar quality pickups. They're alnico pickups, and the '50s and '60s Classics are supposed to be very similar to the '57/'62 pickups. The '70s have different pickups from the '50s and '60s.
