N is around year 2000 of manufacture, if you scroll up to the support section, top of page, scroll down to product dating and click on that, all the serial numbers categorization sill tell you where your axe is from ( year).
Further detailed info.. I would suggest contacting Fender Customer care/support. they won't respond from this Forum so you need to directly contact them by E-mail or phone...
There must be a contact number in France or Canada....

Every so often Rob Schwartz pops up on this forum, you might try asking him....

Did you buy it new? If it is not, it is possible that it has been modified by the previous owner. If you gave Rob the serial number it will tell you what it should be.

Avez-vous acheté ce nouveau? Si ce n'est pas, il est possible qu'il n'ait été modifié par l'ancien propriétaire. Si vous avez donné le rob la numéro de série elle vous dira ce qu'il devrait être.

I'm annoyed because I just see store Strat Olympic white and it does not look at all mine.
Speaking with vendors, he said that this should be clearer below the pickguard and the opposite, the color is darker below.
Fender told me that the classic 50s vintage was produced in white did not mention my particular Strat.
I saw with my own eyes today Olympic white color and it makes two people including a luthier who tells me that my guitar is not that color!
Mystery?

Hi isdi: your photo clearly shows that the paint is lighter beneath the pickguard. That is just what we would expect: where it has been exposed to daylight it has turned more yellow. It could be Olympic White that has aged fast since 2003 (the date stamped on the pickguard), but that would be unusual for a Classic '50s Strat finished in polyester, because that material doesn't turn yellow very much or quickly. It is more likely to be Vintage White.

BTW: I don't remember the Classic '50s coming in any shade of white in at least the last few years, though I stand to be corrected. Could it be some other model? We need to see more photos.

The two other people on this thread have better French than me, if a translation is required...

Cheers - C

Colors often look different on different guitars. Because of aging and sometimes a different undercoat, the same color can look different. As Ceri pointed out, it could be "Vintage White", or maybe even "Antique White", but it is still possible that it is "Olympic White". You should also consider that every picture taken did not use the same camera and light, and that can also account for differences in pictures' appearance. Contact Fender with your serial number for color information.

BTW, I do not see an "N" in the picture. :?
