Hello guys, here what I've got by myself...

Image is horrible, but i hope readable
http://www.freeimagehosting.net/fcuhs

There we have
Numbers are super-switch where 0 is common for all 5 positions of the block (all leads to volume pot except lower right)
3 dots in the row - it's actually a one side of s1, where
"rainbow" sign /\ means s1 Off (up)
and "box" sign |_| means s1 On (down)

White and Red wires of humbucker goes to s1 then to ground (up)
or just joined together (down)
Green wire of humbucker goes to s1 then to super-switch 4&5 positions (up)
or to ground (down)
Black wire of humbucker goes to s1 then to super-switch 4&5 positions (up) joining with the green
or goes to another slot of super-switch to all positions except 5

Well, what it provides? It should :)

Push-pull Off ("Standart Strat mod")
1 - Neck (usually neck position is first... switch closer to neck)
2 - Middle & Neck (in parallel)
3 - Middle
4 - Bridge (parallel coils vintage style strat-tone without hum) & Middle (in parallel)
5 - Bridge (parallel coils vintage style strat-tone without hum)

Push-Pull On

1 - Bridge (coils in series, "modern" fat sound) & Neck (tele style)
2 - Bridge (coils in series, "modern" fat sound) & Middle & Neck (in parallel)
3 - Middle
4 - Bridge (coils in series, "modern" fat sound) & Middle (in parallel)
5 - Bridge (coils in series, "modern" fat sound)

I haven't checked it yet, but it should work...
Also we have here 1 empty slot for s1
and doubled slot 3
any possible additional combinations?

And there are no pots in scheme, I haven't understand where should I solder them
maybe "bridge" pot simply to s1 switch with a black humbucker wire
and middle/neck pot to
2-3-4 (upper left block) for middle control and 1-2 (lower right) for neck

so... ? :)

Andy - question to you
do you have a list of possible combinations for my setup?

Phew! Done! Not so close to my first request :) But when you dig deeper...
So what I have now (everything in parallel)

Push-pull Off ("Standart Strat mod" except 1 position)
1 - Neck
2 - Neck & Bridge (parallel) reversed phase (oriented on Jimmy Page wiring style)
3 - Middle
4 - Bridge (parallel) & Middle
5 - Bridge (parallel)

Push-Pull On
1 - Neck & Bridge (South Coil) ("Telecaster middle position style" / close to Gilmour additional connection style)
2 - Neck & Bridge (series) ("Les Paul middle position style")
3 - Neck & Middle (Standart Strat position 2 if you miss it so much :) )
4 - Bridge (series) Middle & Neck (in series)
5 - Bridge (series)

So I am happy with the results :D

This articles were useful for me

Split coil

And one more about S1 (see previous posts, but you can get it with your own tester setted on resistance (ohm/diode mode) )

Also there are some other close to this mod possibilities... a little bit later about them...

P.S. to Andy
If you're still in work I would be happy to see a solution with "in series" options...
It also could be something like this
1 - Neck
2 - ---
3 - Middle
4 - Bridge (parallel) & Middle
5 - Bridge (parallel)

Push-Pull On
1 - Neck & Bridge (South Coil) ("Telecaster middle position style" / close to Gilmour additional connection style)
or (left only one, maybe Neck & Bridge (series) but for position 1 and position 2 for free solution)
2 - Neck & Bridge (series) ("Les Paul middle position style")

3 - Neck & Middle (maybe we should move it to another place)
4 - ---
5 - Bridge (series)

Here is Scheme of wiring Fender Stratocaster Deluxe HSS with s1 and super-switch
(3 links, same scheme)
http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/843/hssstratmod.png/
http://imageshack.us/a/img843/6493/hssstratmod.png
http://www.freeimagehosting.net/ktl8r

Enjoy! :)

P.s. maybe something is wrong with phase or south-coil splitting there but it works and sounds well, so no troubles with it...

P.s.2 You can switch wires on s1 to get some other combinations... For example
() is a dot or contact of s-1
/\ is a "rainbow"
|_| is a "box"

on scheme we have
ground () /\ (white) |_| () "join-with-red-for-|_|()"
and we have Bridge (parallel coils) Off/up, and series coil On/down

Simply do this
"join to white-for-/\()" () /\ (red) |_| (to switch)
"join to red-for-/\()" () /\ (white) |_| () ground
for
Bridge (parallel coils) On/down, and series coil Off/up

If you do same procedure with neck and neck ground,
you'll change whole sides
"standart strat mod" will be active in push-pull on/down position...

I hope you could understand all my notes and schemes :D
Experiment! Wish you all the best, play more music, write your own with new impressions...
Maybe post your own unique schemes here!

Good luck!
