Anything is possible...

The BC Strat has a hardtail with through-the-body strings, so the easiest way to install a vibrato is about the same as in Telecasters; some Bigsbys or Vibrolas do fine. Check out the forum's Tele section for more advise.
You could, of course, rout the body for a Fender floating bridge, Floyd Rose etc; but that's a task for pro level luthiermanship (is that a word..?).

The costs of the parts and work won't rise the price of the guitar respectively, if that's a factor to you.
And: much of the sound of the BC Strat is depending on that original hardtail bridge system.

So is there a versatile guitar like Billy Corgan strat, with a tremolo? like to play high gain and clean in the same guitar is there a fender model for that.

Like I said, the hardtail adds to the BCS sound - another example of the effects of the bridge is Clapton's blocked tremolo idea, where he finds the blocked trem bridge sounds different from the normal hardtail.

That said, DiMarzio sells a prewired pickguard for BC Strat for under 300$:
DM Replacement for BCS
That should fit any Strat with tremolo, possibly with slight modifications.

Maybe someone else's got better ideas..?

Nope..... :? ...If you want a tremolo on that BC, you'll have to get it routed out for a tremolo.
Last I checked a Fender trem @ GC was about a $100, the routing procedure will probably cost you about $200.... then the extra cost in completely resetting the guitar...Total will possibly cost you upwards of $350.. That is to have it done by a skilled tech so that once done it will look like it came from the factory as such.
Routing out a guitar with a finish is not that easy. The Urethane or Lacquer tends to chip from the router bit. ( cause of a bit spinning too slowly and not being sharp, or both  )

For the amount of cash you will spend to have this done, buy a used MIM for $300 to $350 or a MIA standard and eventually switch the pups, but leave the BC as original. It doesn't make sense to do this on a model which is not that frequent, so if you wanted to sell it in the future, anyone looking for a BC would not want it with a tremolo.....
Same with a Robert Cray Strat, buy a hard tail for that reason or buy a tremolo Strat.....

IMO people spend way too little time assessing what they want in a Stratocaster and then spend way too much, forever adapting it to what they believe it should be....
Buy a Strat for what you need or buy more than One all different....

I once had a strat-style from James Tyler that had a set of Duncan pickups that would fill the bill - if I'm remembering it correctly the neck and middle were Classic Stacks and bridge was a JB jr. (I know the bridge was a JB Jr.; the neck and middle might have been Hot Stacks). At any rate that one could go from Gilmour to early Van Halen depending how you set up your amp and effects.

First we need to know what amp you are using since that is half the equation...
As far as pups, it's not so much the name, which depending on who will double or triple the cost... But rather what is the pickups resistance number that is the critical part of knowing wether a pickup is going to give you what you seek.

Thru my early 60's Magnatone I'm playing vintage pups from my old MIM Player's Deluxe...
The difference is Two TBX tone pots and 220 cap and a better Volume pot than the original.
I run it straight, no effects, amp Volume on Max, it's not that loud it's only a 15 Watter...
But most importantly that is the tone I want. To replicate that in a live setting I need to run it thru the soundboard & monitors. A 40 watt Blues Deluxe will work, but there is nothing quite like a small vintage tube amp driven to tears....

Point is that many pick ups will work, I just haven't found the need to spend large sums of money on pickups when Fender's line does the job...
It's tweaking everything else to attain that tone you want before deciding that these pups won't work for your particular setting.

For example, today with that setup I was playing Mason Ruffner's Gypsy Blood, GC & Nocturnals Paris & medicine, some Bonnie Raitt, some UFO, Montrose, Aerosmith, Tom Petty, Foghat, Savoy Brown, Ted Nugent's CSF some ZZ-Top and just about were ever I was going.

If I need a rougher edge like Raimmstein, then I'll just plug in a Chorus and a Booster, but I have not resorted to boxes in months, they have been put away for quite some time.

Look at the resistance numbers for Fender pups, like the Jeff Becks should work for just about anything from clean to crunch, you need those harmonic overtones or else it just sounds like an out of tune chainsaw....

I wonder what our new found friend is aiming for? He seems to be all over the map here. Well, that's nothing new for any of us at any one time, searching for a sound. But I would sooner see him have Fender build a guitar for him that has all the features he's looking for than doing an aftermarket hatchet job on a production instrument with a singular design purpose.

Yes ...you are right...there is so much info out there promising this or that and you need this and you need that...It's mostly all marketing with the purpose of buying that secret map to the Holy Grail....

Shred and Blues, if ever there were two general terms those are it...
Shred in the halls of Segovia or Steve Stevens.... :?:
Blues in the halls of Muddy Waters or Billy Gibbons...?

We are still missing quite a bit of info from the OP...
(1) What amp is he using....?
(2) A more detailed explanation of the music he is playing and aspiring to......

Unfortunately, One guitar does not cover all bases....

You don't need the Billy Corgan Strat or humbuckers to get a Smashing Pumpkins sound. On the "classic" Pumpkins albums like Gish, Siamese Dream, and Mellon Collie, Billy used a '70s Strat with single coils. I believe it had a tremolo (although I could be wrong on this.) He also used a Strat with Lace Sensors. I'm not sure when he changed to a hardtail. The pedal you play through will make a lot bigger difference than the guitar. I can get a good Pumpkins sound playing my Teles through my Digitech multieffects pedal.
