I have a MIM Stratocaster HH and am happy with it. Does anyone else in here use this guitar?

If so have you considered changing the pups? The vintage pups are pretty good but I was thinking of replacing them with a slightly "hotter" set. I dont want total metal shred sound because I like the classic tones. Maybe a set that would split the differance?

Any sugestion???

Try a search for "Blacktop", and under search options select "Topic titles only". Many threads already exist. I like mine with the stock pups, no need to change IMO.

I changed mine from a HH to HSH. I have the one with the Floyd Rose Special. I put a JB in the bridge, a tele vintage stack in the middle, and Pearly Gates in the neck. it gave it more umph than the ones that came with it. I love the tones I get from it now.
