where is the model number found on a strat? If its not on the guitar then how can i find it? Thanks.

The model number does not appear on the Stratocaster. If you want to know about your strat, send the serial number and as much info as you can to describe it and send it to the following...

It may take a little bit to get back to you, but they will and should be able to give you all the specs.
