Your pics may be showing up on your computer, but e-mail attachments aren't visible to other forum users. You need to upload your pics to a photo-hosting site (like photobucket), then copy & paste their addresses using the "img" thingie.

Fender American standard 2008. Two point tremelo with vintage saddles indicates this at face value.
Contact consumerrelations@fender.com give them the serial and they may provide more details. Hope this helps :D

That's the one. Small headstock, micro-tilt on the neck plate, walnut trussrod entry suround and 22 fret fingerboard as well.

I think it has probably had a pickguard change? I don't recall the 2008 Std coming with a tortoiseshell p/g - though I stand to be corrected. So then I wonder if the electronics are original? No way to know from the pix.

Cheers - C

I am also in the dark as to if the pickguard is stock or not... my guess is no, but hey I could be wrong. I am interested to see if the electronics are stock or not... would me taking off the pickguard and snapping some shots help shed some light on it?

Had trouble posting pictures?

Yep... a sunburst 2008 American Standard.

Pickguard is not stock but matches perfectly the sunburst finish and rosewood fretboard. :)
