What is the standard/factory setup of the 6 pairs of screws at the tremolo bridge (where each string rests) of a MIM Fender Standard Stratocaster? There are no guitar tech here in the Philippines, I want to fix it myself so please help..

Between 3/64 inches (Treble Side) and 5/64 inches (bass side) is the factory setup. This is measured at the 12th fret. But string height is a personal preference, and the guitar should be set up to suit you and your playing style and technique.

Check the setup guide for this and more. It is important to have the rest of the guitar set properly before adjusting the saddle height (saddle height is in the "Action" section). This guide is just a good starting point, your adjustments might need to be tweaked a little differently for your preference.
