I am looking at a '93 JB Surf Green Strat in what i call a closet classic/relic condition. It has a slight relic look with discoloring of the pups, pickgaurd and light rust on the hardware. It will need a re-fret job soon IMO. What would a good price on this be considering the re-fret job which I’m looking to be around $250?. The guy wants $850 with original case, most of the case candy and tags. All original except for the pickgaurd screws... he replaced because they were rusty.

Take it. It is a good price.
Looks like Lace Sensor pickups.
It is in the 1990s, which is a good era for Fender Quality.
Good luck. Toppscore 8)

I want it. I love that Jeff Beck Lace Sea Green look

Yesterday, I had a 1994 Fender Custom 1962 Reissue Jaguar arrive.
I am strongly considering repainting it to a Green.
Deep Forest Dark Midnight Fright Shadow Green
that will mesmerize hypnotize anyone who stares    We shall see . . . . .
