Who really digs the contoured heel in the American Deluxe series. I tell ya, after playing strats and teles with the original heels, then playing the contoured heel, I cant go back. Sorry.

Hi brannon. I too like the contoured heel of the Am Deluxe Strat. It doesn't apply for anything below the 17th fret but once we get up in the stratosphere it's a good feature to have. Maybe one day it will become standard equipment for all Strats.
