a simple question perhaps about my recently bought electric guitar which is an american special stratocaster candy apple colored.

is there any way to confirm the serial number?

BTW, i already know about the numbering for a year manufactured thing.
mine was of 2011 released.

This is my serial number on the back of the head of the guitar.

i currently can not uploads any photos regarding my guitar.

Well the serial number does track to a 2011 USA-built Fender; of course that type of serial number was used on American Specials, American Standards, American Deluxes, USA-built Artist Signatures, and Highway 1s.

If you want to verify the guitar, send the complete serial number to Fender's Consumer Relations at consumerrelations@fender.com ; they can look it up for you.
