I'm proud to finally own a new standard stratocaster rosewood -sunburst. i don't have a 2000.00 strat but my playing will make up for the standard 500.00 i paid. also thank to fender for the 50.00 rebate, it helps. been also looking at the blues jr.III . anyway i'm part of the Strat community, i love it and it sounds great, i have no complaints. i always remember the strat sound, first started on them when i was 15yrs old, and strayed 16yrs to other guitars like PRS and finally back to the Standard Strat. I'm not going to leave her again, i haven't given her a name yet but i will. later!! lov'in it!

It doesn't bother where it was made , this one has no buzzes or anything wrong with it. Just glad the person who made it made this one well.

Sounds like a sweet axe zuicey227! The Standard is a fine guitar.

Posting a picture would be nice. :D

Where it was made is further down the list of importance from, how it was made, how it feels, and how it sounds, and lastly how good it makes YOU feel. Good job!

I own both AVRI HR 57 and 62 Stratocasters,
They are awesome guitars, but took me a while to own these.
Traded and sold some fine instruments to get these.
However I've played several mim strats that comete with these
Guitars.
If you find one that neck is flawless body is great and has some
great sounding pickups, then your set.
I have a Bjr nos but I added a Jensen p12q and it's an outstanding amp.
Congrats

The images have to be uploaded to a publicly accessible site such as PhotoBucket or similar. Then copy the IMG code from the site and paste into your post here.

Welcome back!!!
Now you will value Fender guitars and amps with a better perspective.
Like a Toyota lover coming home to Ford Muscle Cars.

Now, need you to get a Fender amp (tried the SuperSonics?)
and a Telecaster, and a Jaguar
