any way of finding out how many strats were painted like mine (seafoam green w/ matching headstock) in the year mine was made?(1995)

Probably not, but you might try sending all the details you have to... consumerrelations@fender.com They might be able to give you some details, but unless it was a FSR unlikely you will get production numbers.

It was a limited Run, maybe you´re lucky to get the exact number.

that number is just the color code, so don't get to excited just yet :wink:

but as stated previously your best bet is to email customer service.

I picked up an '09 American Standard Strat in Daphne Blue with matching headstock (they also did Seafoam Green and Fiesta Red in the same range) and was advised by Fender Customer Services that it was limited to 500 of each colour worldwide, I even got it in writing!

Now if anyone has the matching Tele they don't want............

I don't think that Fender put a limit on those 1995/1996 painted headstock models; I believe it was a "we will make as many as are ordered during the time they are available" deal.

The did it differently for the 2009 run - as richardj says they only made 500 in each color worldwide.
