Hello,
I Would like to purchase the new deluxe strat with the v-neck. I couldn't find one to try it out, but I tried other deluxe's and really like them, and I like the v-neck on the 57 RI and the 50's classic player. They all describe them als "soft v-neck", but that's wat Fender also says About the Baja Tele, and that neck is much to big for me.
So is there somebody who has experience with this guitar?
Thans.

I have experience with the V neck on the AM DLX and Classic Player. The AM DLX has a compound radius that goes from 9.5" to 14" (I think that's the end radius). The Classic Player, Classic Series, and AVRI are a vintage spec'd 7.25" radius which may feel a little odd a first, but it really does feel good with that soft V neck.

Hi miguel. The only V-Neck I've played is the Eric Clapton Signature which has a Soft "V" Shape. The feel is very different from the Modern "C" Shape of the American Deluxe Strat. You may like it, you may not. When it comes to feel the only opinion that matters is yours so I would suggest you try the V-neck Deluxe before buying.

Cheers!
BM
