Aside from going through every model description one by one is there a definitive list or table that will tell me all of the Strat models that come stock with locking tuners?

Not unless someone has gone through each and every model and compiled such a list. Feel free to start one.

All of the American Deluxe models come with locking tuners, and of course any Strat you choose to retrofit. The Fender Schaller locking tuners are available online and at most Music stores that carry Fender products. They easily replace the stock tuners on American Standards with no modifications.

Thanks... While I appreciate that all the American Standard Deluxe models come with locking tuners is that it? Are their other variations in other series that come standard with locking tuners? I retrofit any guitar I get with locking tuners and my Deluxe strats are great. When I plan for a purchase I always figure in the cost for the retrofit. That is why knowing the difference would help when comparing price, just like whether or not there is a case also enters into the equation.

Thanks!!

The cost of locking tuners for Fender is about $70. Pretty minimal compared to the cost of the entire guitar. Cases on the the other hand can be a couple hundred dollars depending on the type.

The "F" labled locking tuners are made by Ping in China. They are not the Schaller locking tuners.

No. Not China. They are made in Taiwan.

Here's two reviews from people who purchased them:

5.0 out of 5 stars Locking tuners June 19, 2011
By Daneel van Eck
Amazon Verified Purchase
I purchased these thinking that they were the same as a Fender/Schaller locking set I had previously purchased for another guitar. When I unpacked them I noticed that they were different and looked them up. Apparently these are the Fender/Ping locking tuners. I tried them out and I find the construction and use much better than the Schaller items. These ones have the F logo on the back of each one. The rotating action of each one is much smoother than the Schallers and the gearing on these is 18:1 instead of the 16:1 of the Schallers which makes it much easier to tune accurately. I ended up fitting these to my American Strat and moving the Schallers to an old Squier. I'm very happy with them and will likely purchase them again for other Fender guitars.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic Deal, April 9, 2012

Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Fender Locking Tuners Chrome (Electronics)
I don't care if these are "Ping" or "Schaler" they are a fantastic bargain. I broke a Schaler tuner on my American Deluxe Strat. Ordered these hoping they would look and work the same what came on the ax when I bought it. I wasn't disappointed. Exactly like the "stock" tuners. They are staggered like the originals, they have the "F" logo, like the originals. Now I have 5 extras should anything happen to the other. In fact, I liked them so well I recently bought a second set to replace the stock, non-locking tuners on my American Deluxe Tele. I had just changed strings on the Tele before I ordered these. Next string change I will replace the standard tuning machines with the locking ones. Rock ON!
------------------

After reading many, many positive reviews, I decided to give them a whirl! They should be here any day now!

China. Taiwan. Whatever. Just pointing out that they are not Schallers, hence the low cost.

What sold me was Ping's superior 18:1 gear ratio.

If you are looking on the used market there is the Strat + series (consisting of the Plus, Plus Deluxe and Ultra models).

These are the precursor to the modern day American Deluxe series. They also have Lace Sensors for pickups and a roller nut. some have Floyd rose bridges, some a trem similar to the modern american deluxe trem. I think some might even have a wilkinson trem but I could be wrong.

Guitar_Fiend - Fender never did use a Wilkinson trem but they did use Wilkinson roller nuts on the Strat Plus, Plus Deluxe, and Ultra from the time the guitars came out until sometime in 1993 when they switched to the LSR nut. That's probably what you're remembering.

Of course some people did mod their Fenders with Wilkinson trems during this time period - it wasn't a common change but it wasn't really rare either.
