I had called the CS guys up to build me a reverse Strat and they never called me back! :*o(
So, I guess I'll have to build my own But with my own little twist!.
I already have a few parts!

Trem:

This is going to be done Mosrite style!

Watch this pile of wood and parts grow! It's going to be a two piece Heavily figured semi hollow maple body, Top and bottom laminated together. Hopefully with a vintage 66 Jag neck with block inlays!

I already have the trem and some wood! But I'm not set on the trem. I may go with a mustang or Jag Setup. More parts comming!

Well I won the first option neck! Only $465.00! I'm Kinda liking the second option better. But I'll see if I can win it cheap enough. Here's the first.

It' looks authentic to me. What do you think? Have any of you noticed the date stamps cerca 69 seem to be light and rub off?

Bear in mind, the Jaguar is a short-scale neck -- this will be critical when you mount your bridge.

So you need to measure from the back of the nut to the center of the twelth fretwire? Then from there to the center of the bridge?

Is the 21 fret neck a short scale and 22 a long scale? Or am I confused and a short scale neck has 22 frets with the spacing a little closer together?

The total number of frets has nothing to do with scale length and correct bridge placement. If you're not clear on this issue you might want to consult a professional luthier.

Thanks for the tip. I'll have to to do a little more study.

So! I cut the body. This is going to be a Carved Top Semi Hollow Reverse Strat. The curves have been slightly influenced by SG, Jaguar and Mosrite.

Here's the rough cut top It's 7/8s thick. The 3/4 back will be seamed in the middle of the sides.

So I'm going with the Kahler two pivit trem and bridge.
Pickups are going to be a Lace Hot Gold in the bridge, a Dimarzio Area 58 in the middle and a Lace Dually Red/Silver in the bridge. Then it will be set up with the 69 Jag neck with the big blocks.
