i have a guitar that i want to buy. the seller says that the guitar is original custom shop "floyd rose" strat from the 90' and except for the "tuners" that has been replaced,everything is original. the problem is,that i dont find any information about this model. i know that the "set-neck" came with an FR and allso the "contemporary strat" but it dosen't look like a set neck or USA contemporary.
the "foyd rose II" bridge- look like it's from a squier,or a mexican strat.
the body,with the strat 2 volume knobs look like an 80' MIJ contemporary. and actually the only thing that seems original is the neck :// am i missing something here? maybe a rare CS model that i don't familiar with?

Fake. The key issues - faked CS decal (it's too large) and faked serial number (the decal itself doesn't look quite right, the CS never used that style of serial number, and Fender only used that serial number format on guitars based off the "modern" design 1995). Some photos of the front of the headstock would be helpful.

It may well have started life as an MIJ 50s reissue that has been heavily modded, but if it's being sold as a USA Custom Shop Strat then it's a fake.

I also agree its a Fake. The neck absolutly is not a Custom Shop Neck.
