Fender does not refinish/refret or repair(except repairs under warranty)guitars, find a reputable guitar finisher and they will quote you a price based on your idea.

With no idea of the condition or type of finish or color, etc, there is no way to give a price. Pictures and more details could help.

Fender will not refinish your guitar, they don't do that.

another option is to find an auto body repair shop that will refinish it for you. Most guitars are done these days in urethane which is also used on automobiles. And historically, guitars were painted with auto colors anyhow! You would have to take strip the guitar down to just the body and take it in and see what kind of price quote they would give you.

Is it wrong to sort of like the well loved well worn guitar..case in point willie nelsons..,okay that was kind of drastic..but I dont think I would ever refinish any of my guitars then again I guess for any kind of resale or to make it your own...

Try guitarpaintguys.com ... they refinished a Tele of mine and did a great job.

This Tele Deluxe was sunburst, now it's Shoreline Gold and looks like $1 million:

If it's a body that has an existing finish then you're looking at $450 to get the original paint removed and repainted. A bare body will cost around $300.
