Just getting round to posting some pics of my Asmerican Standard Strat in charcoal frost metallic. It's been said over and over again, but, charcoal frost metallic is really hard to do juastice to in an amatuer photo!!

Dan, Beautiful strat!!!! and I think your photo's are excellent. I have tried many times to get some great photo's and lighting is so damn tricky on a guitar. Nice job.

I'm Charcoal Frost with envy...
Both the maple and rosewood fretboards look great with that color. If Fender made the color available for the left handed models, I would have just purchased one as well (assuming I could get past the fretboard wood decision ).

Hi Deluxe Dan, I have the same guitar but with the rosewood neck, and found it hard to take a decent photo to capture the colour. You have done a great job and the colour contrasts beautifully against the maple neck.
Mine was built 2010, how do you find yours from a quality, playability and of course sound perspective?

That is really a nice color! I just slobbered the keyboard...

I think some colors are just hard to capture, lighting changes things, flash changes things, whenever I try to photograph my surf green 50's reissue it looks dapne blue. Fine looking guitar you got, I think your pictures came out just fine.
