It's not a factory Fender; it's at best a modded American Standard/Series or at worst a parts guitar with what appears to be a Fender American Standard/Series bridge. I don't think that's a Sambora neck because it looks to me (hard to tell because the headstock shot isn't clear) that this guitar has a large headstock; also if I'm remembering correctly the non-Floyd Rose Samboras didn't have an inlay on the 1st fret but I could be wrong about that. I also can't tell from the photos if those are inlays or just decals on the neck. Also I can't see Fender not using one of their real logos; it looks like someone just made up a logo for it.

Those photos are so large you can't really tell - they could have started with a Fender body and neck or they could be from some other source.

EDIT: Sorry, I really couldn't see the photos well on my laptop; I looked again this morning using a larger monitor. See my post below.

I looked at it again here at work (I have a large monitor for my laptop here; the laptop screen is just too small to really see those huge photos) and noticed some other things that tell me it's 100% a parts guitar:

The headstock is definitly the large style. Also this thing has 22 frets but it doesn't have the truss rod adjustment at the headstock (all 22 fret Fenders have the headstock adjustment). The bridge is a 2-post Gotoh (or something similar), not the Fender 2-post bridge (the plate has a collar for the arm like most Gotohs and the saddles have centered adjusters instead of offset).

It appears to be a nice parts guitar, but it is without a doubt a parts guitar.
