No picture available......... ?

You do a fret job yourself ? Wow !

But before doing a fret job, you should not loosen the truss rod ? To have a neck straight ?

It might not be the neck. It could be the fret job. If the frets aren't put in properly then some of them might be higher than others.

This happened to me when I used a (I choke) a CG luthier to refret my Strat. I'll never do that again. Nice guy, just not a lot of attention to detail.

Stew-Mac makes tools that can help you, IF the truss rod still has threads on it. if it's broken too far down, you might have to replace the neck.

bigky , You probably need to do a fret leveling like paris write. Putting new frets is only the first step to a fret job.

For you country I understand that nobody can fix guitar neck . Not even an acoustic guitar guitar tech.
Neck and truss rod are also used in acoustic guitars although not identical, and a competent lutier'll know maybe fix your problem?

You want to refret a second time ?

You can put any kind of fret size on a neck , it is only a matter of taste.

Intonation have nothing to do with guitar paint. Sorry but are you sure you know what you are are talking about ?

@stratele52- no, im not going to refret my guitar the 2ndtime..im just thingkin mybe its the size of the fretwire that i put that causing the buzz..

about the intonation.. when i removed the original paint its a centimeter thick so it keeps me thingkin maybe it affects the intonation of the strings..

ok, a few things that I'm hearing...
firstly, the fret buzz... just replacing the fret wires with larger ones will cause buzz if the old ones were worn and the guitar played fine... the bridge has to be raised a bit to compensate for the height of the new fret wire.

secondly, a centimeter of paint is ALOT of paint. you sure that's correct?

@digby-i think your right with the fret sizes.. i tried raising the bridge up and down even until now im still adjusting the bridge.. most of the buzz is on the #6 string most of the notes on it.. some on the other strings..

yes, im sure it is correct its like a some kind of a plastic paint...

I know a guy name Phil Jacoby in Baltimore, MD who does very good work and can have the neck pleked (worth every penny to have done).

He accepts overseas orders and is the best luthier I know in my area. If there is a problem. He'll know what it is and how to fix it.

he can be reached at: philtone guitars, http://www.philtone.com/

Fret wire size ...IMO you just not finish you refret job that's why guitar buzz . Just putting new frets is the beginning of a refret job.,

Intonation ; the strat saddles adjusments have enough play to keep good intonation if your neck curve is in the spec.
