The Tex-Mex HSS model was only available from 2003 to 2007. For 2008 Fender changed all three pickups.

They were Tex Mex in the HSS version. I will have to find the specs again.

Hey guys,

Once again, thanks you all for your replies. So after reading your posts and searching, I've finally bought a Custom Shop Fat 50s for €210 and I loved them. I can't stop playing my guitar now. I've tested 62s and Texas Specials, but the Fat 50s were just what I was looking for. Thank you all again :)
I recommend my new pickups to all you guys out there willing to upgrade their guitar :)

Oh and btw, I know I payed a lot, since some of you guys mentionning $125-$150 but where I live, It's quite a good deal because the customs might have made a problem if I ordered them online.

So thanks again, peace
