Well I have a 1991 USA made Fender Stratocaster and I wanted to know how much it would be worth... Here's some info and pictures...

It has a small chip on the side
It's cherry red
The neck has NO warp
And it's authentic...
It's also missing the plastic piece that goes on the pickup switcher

More like $550.00 tops. That chip and missing parts, hole in case says only one thing.
Careless owner, may be other unseen issues...

If you want to sell this guitar close to market prices, it has to equal other guitars out there in great condition. There are many of these around as well as the MIM's are a better price point, Which means that your Strat has to be in excellent condition..

Take it to a shop that specializes in second hand guitars, they will probably offer around $350.00 to $400.00, it sounds low but it is a buyers market today not a seller's market.
If you wish to get top bid, then you will have to get the issues resolved...
