Will the standard Fender trem tip fit a Fender Floyd Rose?

bare in mind I am a bassist but i believe not, you have to get it routed and fitted in many different places than just the bridge.

I am not 100% sure, but if memory serves me right the Floyd bar is just a bit bigger than the Standard. I will check on it when I get home to verify.

Hi bajasdogs: when I want to fit a trem tip to an arm that is too big for it I take a strip of sandpaper, roll it into a tight cylinder and then use it to steadily ream out the inside of the tip till it is big enough to fit. That work usually takes one episode of The Simpsons to accomplish.

LOL! I guess these Floyd Rose trems dont have tips? I just thought it would look cool. Thanks for the "Tips"...
