I am looking at perhaps a Deluxe Players Strat or a Powerhouse Strat. The gold on the Deluxe turns me off but I like the 12" radius. On the other hand I like the 12dB boost on the Powerhouse. I don't see what the radius is; I suspect it is 9.5". Anyone played both and what do you think?

Not sure if this is what you're asking, but from the powerhouse specs sheet:

Fingerboard Rosewood (p/n 013-9500) or Maple (p/n 013-9502), 9.5” Radius (241mm)

My Highway's a 9.5 radius that I think's about the same in all the American standards. Love it. Good for lead and chords, and why be wedded to the way they did it in 1789 with the giant radius? Guitar whiz at Wild West Guitars had to adjust the saddle to match the curve to lower the action to where I like it and that's about it. The giant radius in the Dx Players didn't feel right to me, although classical guitar players want it or just plain flat. I'm not a classical guitarist. They demand a giant radius or totally flat. Eric Johnson likes that giant radius. Vai also has that kind of giant radius on his Ibanez.
