You change your pick guard .

Did you remove or loose all your strings ? Probably yes
Did you block your tremolo ? Probably no.
Did you replace your string by the same gauge ?

If your tremolo have the good height from the body ( 1/8 inch ) probably your neck move ( truss rod ) is little bit back bow. It should replace by himself with proper string tension after few days

You need to do a good guitar setting as write on Fender.com

Do you have fret buzz when the guitar is on? I've had a few that had fret buzz when not on, but was fine when on.

I see no reason why changing pick guards would suddenly cause fret buzz. Check your set up. This is a good video.

there shouldn't be fret buzz after you change your pick guard. e.c.strat action is about 1/8 " down the entire length of the neck. i said ABOUT. if you have fret buzz you did something you an't telling us. i've changed pick guards and never, never had any fret buzz afterwards. on my e.c. and others i own. go to the fender support and follow the instructions for a STRATOCASTER setup. bet you can fix this problem yourself.

only thing I did I mentioned in another post. I lost one of the rubber washers that wraps rounds one of the eight mounting screws and one of the pup is not hard flush with its cover HOWEVER neither the pup cover or the contacts are near the strings and the guitar sounds great cept for the buzz.
