I've got a Sunburst Custom Shop Strat I bought in 93 with a serial # of VO65909. Can you verify that it is a 93 by that number, and given that it's as visually close to new as a guitar can be, would it appreciated in value since then :?:

Did you buy it new? If so, the Custom Shop Certificate is dated. If you bought it used and did not get the certificate then send all the info to... consumerrelations@fender.com they should be able to help you. May take some time, but give em a day or two and they should be able to tell quite a bit.

And you should have really posted this in the Custom Shop area a little bit off topic here.
