I have an American Standard Strat, and I am wanting to make it heavier for rock music. (Grunge rock, Alternative rock, Ect.) I am new to modifying guitars and i have no clue on what type of hum bucklers i should buy, or if should make it HSS or a HH or get 3 noise canceling single coils. Budget doesn't matter, and i want the best rock sound you can get. Thanks. (ps. I am not putting the Hum bucklers in myself, im just going to buy all the parts then take it to a music store.)

I would put a Dimarzio tone zone and a super distrotion in the neck or seymour duncan invader is killer pickup. I would stick with humbuckers thats my thoughts
