ive been playin for about 4 years, i havent experienced a lot of problems with my mex strat which ive had for about 2 years, but theres a buzzing noise when i play the 9th fret on the 4th string especially when i bend it, this is happening no where else on the fret board. So i was guessing is there any quick fix to this problem because its driving me crazy.

How old are your strings?

You may have a low fret, but I would first check the relief. That is pretty much the center of the bow in the neck so reducing the relief (truss rod adjustment) might do the trick.
Also make sure that your sadles are set to follow the radius of the neck and not dead flat.

I can think of a couple of possibilities.

1. A bad string. This does happen more often that you think it might.

2. A fret that needs to be leveled or that is coming lose.

maybe the main problem is on the fret wires....2 years is a long time. a luthier told me to change my fret wires every years, because strings always beat the fret wires

I don't think you'd need a refret after two years unless you played say 2+ hours per day... perhaps just a fret leveling and crowning or "dressing"

Aside from the previous good suggestions, you could try also adjusting the saddle height and then re-check the neck relief.

Consider acquiring a harem and giving your 'lovers' a break on rotation.

Given that you are only having this buzz on one string I would check height of the saddle for that string. Also check that the saddles are set to follow the neck radius as suggested in a previous post. Radius gauages are pretty cheap and are a great tool to have on hand.

Are you still using the same gauge strings that the Strat cam with? If you changed the gauge that will effect the relief of your neck. That would be my second thing to check.

Sometimes there is a kink in the string and this will create the buzz. When ever I change strings I run the entire length of each string between my index finger and thumb to check for kinks.

check the radius of your bridge you may have to raise up that saddle also check the nut and look at that fret it may be raised in which case you can re set it with super glue, and of course check your strings.
