I. Was messing around with my stock hr 57 and 62 stratocaster
And my Bjr nos, using a boss mega distortion pedal only for
for experimentation purposes. Using it as a clean boost and
Crunch, however it can go from crunch to muddy real quick.
This is the hr 62

It gets a little muddy with the pedal with some distortion
But there's a sweet spot to it

Ps I mention stock because I haven't changed pickups,
And may not.

I don't know which I like better they both sound great. Thats the best of both worlds I would'nt change a thing.

Yeah,
I was on the fence about changing pickups but, a tweak on the amps
Eq, tone knob and volume get me where I wanna be, it's the
Tinkerer in me.
