Hello and welcome!

From what I see your guitar is a genuine USA Deluxe Strat with a tabacco sunburst finish over a premium ash body.

Has all the good stuff: SCN pickups with hot bridge for extra punch and sustain, S-1 switch, 9,5"-radius modern C-shaped 1-piece maple neck with abalone dots and silver foil spaghetti headstock decal, Schaller locking tuners and a 2-point tremolo bridge with pop-in arm.

Bro I got the same guitar! Believe me. it is the real thing! I got the soft V-neck on mine. I have not had to adjust a thing on it since I got it. It truly is perfect for myself. I have the same case and color, two tone tobacco sunburst! It is one of my best guitars, if not the best I have! I love the noiseless pups on it also! They are SCM pickups! Do you have the abalone dot markers on yours? I do! I can't tell from the picture if you do.

looks pretty legit to me.

I have a 2011 in Metallic Sunset.

I hear some people say they have the preference for the SCN's over the N3's that are used now, but I love them.

2 very distinct things on this guitar tells me it's authentic. #1 The offset bolt pattern on the 4 bolt neck, that pattern is only used on the Deluxe series (strats and teles), and would not line up with the standard bolt pattern on other series bodies. #2 The abilone dots on the fretboard.

Looks as if it is an Ash body, nice.

I'll chime in and also say it's a legit American Deluxe Strat - and a very nice looking one with that grain on the body.

I believe it is in fact the V-neck model based on that single-ply mint green pickguard, which if I'm remembering correctly was only used on the sunburst V-neck models back then.
