Wow- it's funny that you guys mention the Dimarzio Areas. The main reason I'm considering a 50s style Strat (or pups) is that the ONLY thing that I don't love about my Dlx Plyr is that the Vintage Noiselesses don't really give me the high end that I want, and my latest brainstorming has me thinking that the Dimarzios would do the trick. Not that a CP50s can't be be my NEXT must-have... Thanks, everybody, for the input!
