I want to change my Am Stnd Strat pickups. Looking for single coil size and appearance (no rails, double row of poles), hum bucking, with PAF tone and output. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Tim Mills has publicly stated that he'll never build a single coil size humbucker.

If you want a humbucker, I don't think you'll find one in a singlecoil housing that doesn't have two rows of magnets. Unless you go for a SCN, Vintage or Hot Noiseless. Or one of the Dimarzio Area pickups.

All of those pickups are voiced to sound like singlecoils though. Which in all honesty aint a million miles away from the PAF sound to my ear. You won't get a humbucker sound without two coils side by side. They can't even do that with full size humbuckers.
You'd be better off buying a good eq pedal upping the bass a tad and the high mids a lot.
