Hello,
Im very interested in getting a sig Jim Root strat. Is this a us strat? I see the tele version is from mexico.

Yes! At least the ones shown on the Fender product page are made in USA, as evidenced by the walnut plug around the truss-rod adjust hole on the headstock.

I like the look of a fingerboard without the dots. Given a choice I would never want dots on the fingerboard.

I do, however, always want the little side dots. :o)

Only the Tele is available in both Fender and Squier versions.

Why not a Squier JR Strat after all?
