Of course not, he came back with the details of more than 10 closed pictures ! The COA, aso... "Look's good for us" ?!? What do you think that means ?
Just a check with the CS based on the serial number ?

Good luck with your auctions!

All respect to other posters.
The "time machines" i have post 2000 all are stamped with the model and the finish in the neck pickup cavity and a relic stamp on the body.
There may of course be exceptions to every rule.

That Closet classic 56 is absolutely sexual Jimmy.

That was my point, the 56 maple top I worked on and my Custom classic both had the finish and a part number in the neck and middle pickup cavities.

I won't say absolutely that I suspect the guitar. But I do find it unusual to have those stamps on the neck and pocket.
That said over on the 'Ask Mike' section. Forum user Butterscotch says it looks right to him. And what he don't know, aint worth talking about.

Guess for that price, I'm just over cautious.

I definetly confirm Gastelum.
I have a nocaster 51 nos with the same stamps on the neck and made out of a nice birdseye maple.
Wrote to John Cruz through D'angelo amp guys here in Italy, sending pictures of my tele and he confirmed Henry Gastelum did the neck shape and John Cruz did the Q.A.
He also said Gastelum retired in 2005 and adviced me to keep the guitar!!
