I use something similar--the Intellitouch.

I am just getting back into guitar playing and have a strat on order and am also looking to get a reliable easy to use tuner...does anyone have suggestions? I do not want to spend more than $100. Thanks :D

If your budget is up to $100, I'd suggest trying the Boss TU-12.

Second you on thatta one.

Check out the Planet Wave SOS Strobe tuner. It's only $15, and I keep one in my pocket.

It works great.

Nice little toy, I use mine fairly often. Wouldn't have gotten it, but it came free with a 10 pack of d'Addarrio strings.

I saw those packs--but then I don't use their strings--I prefer GHS Boomers--if those came with one--I'd get it.

I'm perfectly happy with my Fender PT100. Works just fine. Gotta be loyal to my boys. I like the big digital display. Perfect for my aging eyes.

I have to agree, the PT100 is all you need.

I never leave home without my Fender E - Keychain Tuner!
It's quite cheap, it's a keychain, simple to use and it works pretty well.
The thing is I lost somewhere my former Korg Extra Expensive tuner, and I never wanted to get a new one. :sigh:

Well I finally broke down and bought a stand alone tuner

I got the Intllitouch tuner from Onboard Research, it seems to work quite well,

Peterson rules. I use StroboSoft in my studio, but if I was playing live, I'd have a StroboStomp.
